For over a decade, TFC has focused on mass-market to attract a maximum number of viewers, however, with the rising competition from CNN and Lifetime’s fashion shows, CEO Jared Thomas is looking for a modern brand strategy to secure TFC’s position as the market leader. To do so, TCF is willing to spend an additional $15M in marketing.
Thus, the objective of this project is to find the most suitable segmentation and positioning strategy that aligns with the corporation’s vision statement.
