The world of any university revolves around the academic excellence of the faculty and the students, there is no “voice of staff”. With a recent proposal for a Staff Advisory Committee at IIT, we have decided to get our hands dirty and help out with the entire process. After talking to multiple staff members and their issues, we have come up with a list of recommendations on how this committee should operate and sustain in the long run.
